Personal Notes:
Albert Ernest Pratt became owner of 640 acres of land which was originally part of "Mimosa" Station, earlier purchased by his father, Charles. Additional land purchased at a later date brought the area up to 400 hectares. It was named "Alfadeen Grove" on the Old Wagga Road or Marrar Road. He married Mary Hicks about 1912.
