The Tumut and Adelong Times 9 May 1950
OBITUARY MR. WALLY OSMOND On 22nd April the death occurred in Sydney of Mr. Wally Osmond, of Nowra. Mr. Osmond who was aged 76 years, was a native of Tumut, and was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. James Osmond. He spent his early life at Tumut, Adaminaby and Cooma. He had resided in Nowra for a good number of years. He is survived by his wife. Also surviving him are three brothers — George (Narrandera), Arthur (Cooma), and Theodore (Auckland, N.Z.), and one sister, Mrs. D. McRae (North Wagga). His funeral took place in the Church of England section of the Nowra cemetery, at which the Masonic service was also held. |
