- Notes: Thomas Percival75 who was born in Manchester, England in 1800 came to Australia in 1835 and in 1842 married Annie Cox.

They came to Tumut in 1846. In 1848 he held 1,200 acres at Bombowlee Creek76 and 1,700 acres at Brungle Creek”. He also held the licence of the Bombowlee Creek Hotel in the 1850s. They had fifteen children. Those who were living in 1902 were;

Mrs. Percival died in 1902 aged 77 and her husband, Thomas Percival, died on 21 October.
