- Notes: The death occurred at The Rock last Tuesday of Mr William Dowsett, aged, 56 years. While riding a horse the previous Saturday Mr Dowsett sustained fatal injuries to his chest. The horse fell and rolled on his rider, and the injuries were so serious that he died the following afternoon. He was a single man and leaves six brothers, John, of North Wagga ; George, Goulburn, Chas. and Stafford, Sydney. The deceased was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Dowsett, who lived in Tumut and Gundagal districts for some years.
