Personal Notes:
William Comans was killed by a fall from a horse & buggy at Woodlands, Jerilderie, leaving his wife with a young famly. She and her family eventually moved to Lavington where she made a living as a seamstress and from all reports she excelled at this craft. Their son Edward J disappeared in 1879, supposed to have been abducted and never heard of again.
