Aged 69 Years
Daughter of John and Margaret nee Buck Married Robert in 1876 at Adaminaby with 9 children born of this union. The Manaro Mercury, and Cooma and Bombala Advertiser (NSW : 1862 - 1931) Fri 5 Apr 1929 Death of Adaminaby Resident Mrs. Bridget Lovelock died at her residence, Adminaby, on 18th ult. at the age of 69 years, from heart trouble following a short illness. The deceased lived on Manaro during the greater portion of her life ; preceding her residence of 12 years at Adaminaby. She was formerly in the Dry Plain and Rhine Falls districts. Her husband passed away about eight years since. The late Mrs. Lovelock is survived by Mr. George Shephard of Eastwood, (half-brother) and sisters Mesdames Ryan of Cooma, Eaves of Cobar. Ralph of Bombala, and Williams of Eastwood. Her sons are Messrs. Robert and John of Lock View, Fryingpan; Abel of Sydney, and Walter of Petersham, and daughters Mesdames Power of Cobar, J. McMahon of Buckenderra, and A. Williams of Ingebyra.There are also 19 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. The funeral look place on 19th at the Adaminaby cemetery, and was attended by a large concourse of district mourners, the Rev.H. S. Brown officiating. |
