- Notes: Blanche Abercrombie Wild was born at home at "Vanderville", The Oaks. She married Judge Frederick William Meymott in 1866. They had the following children - Frederick W (1867) Male Infant (1868) Henry (1870) Ethel Caroline (1873) Ruby Clara (1877-78) Maxwell M (1882-stillborn). Blanche died at the family property "Ethelstone" at the age of 38. Her husband died several weeks later, leaving their children orphaned. They went to live with her mother, Emmeline Wild.
