- Notes: I know from my parents and my aunt, Alma, that there was another girl child born to Violet. Her name was Daisy, she ran away from home when she was 17 and was never heard of again. For years Alma tried to trace her but to no avail. Although not my grandfather, Robert’s child he gave her his name and treated her as his daughter. I am very curious about this daughter and am trying to find information about her. I am wondering if you came across any information about a daughter born to Violet before she married Robert? Alma was born in 1904 and I believe she was 7 years older than Alma and therefore would have been born in 1897.
