| Edward (Ned) Stidworthy first set up business as a blacksmith and wheelwright in North Wagga Wagga in the 1860s. He later moved next door to the Pastoral Hotel and finally adjacent Club House Hotel. He was one of the best shots in the Riverina, famous as a pigeon and quail shooter, also one of the state's finest trap and bush shooters. |
