Death. Mrs. Eliza Clemenger, widow of the late Mr. R Clemenger, died at 5 o'clock on Sunday morning at Gundaroo at the residence of her son, Mr. W. R. Clemenger, post and telegraph master. The cause of death was acute diarrhoea. Deceased was a sister of the late Mr. C. H. Walsh, of this city, and was therefore aunt of Mr. J. Walsh, of the Herald office. She was a native of Ireland, and came onut to this colony with her mother in the first voyage of the Dunbar in I56. She lived with her brother till 1862, when she married Mr. Ralph Clemenger, C.P.S. of Braidwood, and lived there for many years. Subsequently Mr. Clemenger was appolnted Police-Magistrate at Araluen, where he died in 1876. The late Mrs. Clemenger lived at Gundaroo for many years, and until old age incapacitated her took an active part in social matters there. She had been ill twelve days, and from the first little hope was entertained.
