Frederick Warwick, the son of John Warwick and Rebecca (nee Fairley), was born on 22 March 1856 at Nelligen NSW, and was christened on 11 November 1857 at Braidwood. On 1 March 1881 he married Alice Mary Elizabeth Morris Austen at St Johns Church Canberra. Alice was born in Balmain, Sydney, in 1854.

Frederick and Alice had a family of eight children: Emily Grace (1878, Mrs William Harriot); Sydney Austin (1882); Alexander George (1885); Frederick John (1887); Eve Flora Rebecca (1889.Mrs Albert Capsticks); Edith Jannet (1892. Mrs William Boyd); Arthur Joseph (1896); Clara Jenet (1897. Mrs John Hollingsworth).

In 1908 Frederick Warwick was an overseer for Frederick Campbell. Campbell was the lessee of London Bridge, Burra, which is close to Queanbeyan. He was also manager of the Duntroon dairy, a position held at various times by the Mayos, Austins and Edlingtons. Frederick Warwick at one time owned 61 acres of land in the Canberra Area. He was also involved in NSW Votes and Procedures of the Legislative Assembly. In 1912 he leased the Ginninderra property of Thomas Gribble and lived there for about three years.

Frederick died on 1 May 1931 at Duntroon age 75, and is buried at St John's with his wife Alice
who died in 1927 at the age of 73.
