| - Notes: I have just come across a family tree article concerning Alexander Henry Munro of Bermondsey. I am descended from Isabella Munro who married Charles Frederick Benson in June 1851.
The newly weds departed Bermondsey shortly after they were married to start a new life in Melbourne, Australia. I have a quite a lot of information about their life in Australia but very little about Isabella prior to her marriage. I believe that her father was Alexander Henry Munro and her mother was Mary Ann Waters. This would align with your information except that you have not listed Isabella as a daughter. It could be that Alexander had disinherited her after she married Charles Benson. |
