OBITUARY.
The death occurred late on Sunday night, at the Wagga District Hospital of Mrs. Isabel Field, of Wantabadgery. Deceased was 67 years of age, and had resided at Wantabadgery for the last 33 years. She was twice married, and had by her first marriage a family of six sons and two daughters, and five sons and four daughters by her second marriage. The funeral will leave her daughter's residence at Wantabadgery for the Wantabadgery Cemetery at 1 p.m. to-day. Daily Advertiser (Wagga Wagga, NSW : 1911 - 1954) Tuesday 30 January 1917 p 3 Article FUNERAL The funeral of the late Mrs. Isabel Field, relict of the late Mr. George Field, of Wantabadgery, took place yesterday afternoon, leaving the residence of her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Thornton, 'Winton,' Wantabadgery. The cortege was very representative aud contained a number of relatives and friends of the deceased lady from The Billabong, Eringoarrah, Wantabadgery and other parts. The interment was made in the family ground in the Wantabadgery Cemetery. The pall-bearers were Messrs. George Field (son), Waller Thornton (son-in-law), John Thompson, Patery Carney, Leslie and Walter Shin, The Rev. F, Berry, of Junee, officiated at the graveside.
