Personal Notes:
James Robertson, solicitor, commenced practice in Tumut in 1852. He built his home, 'Come1y Bank", near McFarlane's Creek 1n Capper Street. Some little time afterwards he entered into partnership with another solicitor, Nathaniel Emmanuel.
