Personal Notes:

John Craft was a grandson of convict Samuel Crafts who arrived in Sydney in 1791. Mary Anne's parents migrated from the Isle of Skye in 1838. Both families settled in the Campbelltown area. John and Mary Anne married and they moved to Lake Albert in the 1870s to raise their large family. John Craft was a farmer and worked his land at Cookardinia, later at Lake Albert.
