| - Notes: I have just spent some hours in the Sate Library of Queensland today and have found that my great aunt Mary Ann (nee Muggleton ) was married to Willie Stephen Wallis in Mackay in 19/4/1887 when he was aged 16 which seems implausible but I guess in the raffle of life anything can happen. Willie is buried in Glen Innes in 1948.
Hope this information is of help to you. Willie had a company in Mackay named W.S. Wallis and co which dealt in meat - butchering and wholesaling I think. I also think from my investigation of the electoral roll that they separated. |
