| Personal Notes: |
| neither Laura nor Alfred George have birth certificates but I do have their death certificates. The first official documents for either of them is when they married and both of them declared that they did not know the identity of their father(s). Their mother’s (Mary Ann Wyeth) first official document other than her Victorian birth certificate in 1862, is her arrival documentation in Queensland when her family re-emigrated from England in 1886. After arrival she virtually disappears until she married James. |
