Drowned in flood at Googongs, body not found till 26 Dec 1891
SMH Tues 29 Dec 1891 "QUEANBEYAN, Monday. Human remains were found in sand last Saturday two miles below town. An inquest was held to-day, and the remains were then identified as those of Michael Cummins, who has been missing since the flood of July last. Tho jury returned a verdict of found drowned, no evidence showing how deceased got into the water." |
