Good-Fiddes Wearing an orange blossom horseshoe at the neckline of her ivory satin wedding gown Miss Edith Fiddes was married to Mr. Reginald Francis Gibson Good, at St. Mary's Church of England, Gleneira road, Caulfield, on Saturday. The bride is the younger daughter of Mr. T. Fiddes, of Balwyn and the late Mrs. Fiddes, formerly of Hawthorn. The bridegroom is the eldest son of Mr H. F. Good of Brighton East and the late Mrs. Good, formerly of Wallan, Victoria. The Rev. A. Mee performed the ceremony, and the bride was given away by her brother, Mr. E. L. D. Fiddes. Her gown was made with a low divided neckline. A full swing train fell from the waist. Her tulle veil was held in place by an orange blossom halo and she carried a sheaf of Christmas lilies. She was unattended. Mr. Arthur Christie was best man. The buffet reception was held at the home of the bride's brother, Le Quesnoy, Hodder- street, Brighton. |
