I am not a descendant but George Bullas b 1824 in Arksey married Mary Ward b 1829 in Moorehouse, Doncaster. IGI indicates his parents were Joseph and Ann. George and Mary had eight children from what I can tell from census info. Most of these were born in Sheffield. One of the daughters, Eliza, was born about 1860. In the 1871 census, she appears as Eliza Bullop, and is living in Nottingham with my 3rd great grandmother, Elizabeth (Rawson) Ward and her husband, Richard Ward. I thought this information might be useful and would like more information on this family.
