Note 2: Sydney Morning Herald 5 Oct 1928 WEBB v WEBB. Mary Hunter Webb (formerly Sneddon) petitioned for the dissolution of her marriage with Harold Ernest Webb on the ground of adultery with a woman who was unknown to the petitioner, at an hotel at Cessnock, in May and July, 1926. The parties were mar- ried at Hamilton on March 25, 1922, accord- ing to the rites of the Presbyterian Church. A decree nisi was granted, respondent to pay costs. Mr. Small (Instructed by Messrs. Lobban and Lobban and Harney) appeared for the petitioner.
