DEATH OF A PIONEER.
Another old pioneer, in the person of Mr. Charles Growcott, for many years collector for the Ballarat Water Commission, passed away to-day at his residence, Mt Pleasant, the cause of death being heart failure. Deceased was 68 years of age, and leaves a
widow and grown up family.
