FIELD-REEVE. The marriage of Miss Kathleen Reeve, elder daughter of the Rev. and Mrs, F. W. Reeve, to Mr. Ralph Field, of Mosman, took place in St. Luke's Church, Mosman, on December 30. The father of the bride officiated. The church was decorated with pink and blue hydrangea, blue agapanthus, and pink gladioli. The service was choral. The bride, who was given away by her uncle, Dr. F. Antill Pockley, wore a gown of white geor- gette and lace, and her grandmother's Brussels lace veil, with a narrow circlet of orange blossom, and carried a sheaf of pink gladioli. She was attended by her sister Ethel as bridesmaid, who wore a dress of delphinium blue georgette with yoke and godets of gold lace, and a black bat trimmed with blue velvet and pink roses. She carried a posy of blue delphiniums and pink roses. Mr. Gavin Parry was best man. After the ceremony about 80 guests were entertained at afternoon tea at the rectory. |
