CORBEN.— On the 29th inst., at "Eden," Brougham street, North Melbourne, Isaac Corben (of the firm of Wilton, Corben and Co.), aged 67 years. Table Talk (Melbourne) 2 Oct 1891 Wills and Bequests. ISAAC Corben, of Brougham-street, Hotham North Melbourne, stone and marble merchant, will dated June 11, 1888, ……… He bequeathed to his wife Eliz- abeth Corben all his household furniture and effects £250 to be paid to her within one month of his death, and to his father, George Corben of 4 Road, South Lambeth, London an annuity The balance of his estate he directed to the sole discretion of his trustees, the proceeds invested income paid to his wife during her life subject obligation of maintaining and educating daughters, Ada Florence and Rose while unmarried He also directed that his dwelling house in Brougham street, aforesaid, and cottage in Venice Mentone, shall not be sold in his wife's time without her consent, and that she be allowed to occupy same, rent free his wife's death he directed his trustees to possessed of his residuary estate, and pay there his granddaughter, Olivia Pascoe Polglaise, after marriage £500; to his grandson, Walter H Smith Polglaise, at 25, £500, and to divide the into a number of equal shares, such number daughter Ada Florence be then living to greater than the number of all his children who be living at his wife's death, or being dead have issue then living, and if the said Ada Florence
