THE FUNERAL of the late JAMES L. WALLACE of Finch Hatton will move from the Funeral Parlour, Alfred Street, This Day at 2.30 p.m. to the Mackay Cemetery. Friends will please accept this the only intimation and invitation. ALEX GRANT, Funeral Director. Daily Mercury (Mackay) 3 June 1938 Finch Hatton Notes Deepest sympathy is extended to the relatives of the late Mr. James Wallace, Who died early on Saturday morning last, in. a Mackay hospital. The de ceased, who was 60 years of age, was employed .at Cattle Creek mill, being a resident of this centre for many years and keenly Interested in gardening. He Is survived by his wife, four sons (Arthur, Bob, Charlie, and Bill), and two daughters— Mrs. Simpson (Calen) and Esther; also two brothers, Hugh and William, and a sister, Mrs. Tom Riseham (Mackay), all of whom are well known in this centre. Daily Mercury (Mackay) 2 June 1938 Calen notes Again it- is our regret to have to express our sympathy to members of our locality; this time it is to the relatives of Mr. James Wallace, of Hatton, who passed away on Friday night. A number of his children are resident in this dis trict—namely, Messrs. Robert, William, and Charles Wallace, and Mrs. A. C. Simpson and Miss E. Wallace, who is generally resident here.
