| Artie, Arthur Pratt grew up mainly in and around Junee. He married Phyllis Wooden whose family, in company with the Turner family had come from the Nowra, Shoalhaven district to settle about 1875 in the Junee/Marrar district. Artie bought 640 acres on "Mimosa" Station Marrar area then later moved to Denison Street in Manly. Later again, he bought a house in Ocean Road where he lived until his death in 1965 aged 82. |
