OBITUARY MR. ROBERT H . BRITT The death occurred at his residence, Capper-st., Tumut on Thursday night last of Mr. Robert Hilder Britt, a well-known identity of the district, at at the age of 73 years. On. Friday morning at 10 o'clock , Mrs. Martin and Mrs. Patrick, who reside nearby, went to Mr. Britt's hut, but could not see him about. When they did not get an answer they called Mr. Walter Feint, who found Mr. Britt dead on his bed. The police were notified and inquiries revealed that death was due to natural causes. The late Mr. Britt, who was a single man was born at Gunning, and had resided in Tumut for a number or years. There is one brother, James Britt, of Narandera, and one sister Mrs. John Tozer, of Adaiminaby, surviving. Mr. John W. Britt, of Bongongo, is a nephew. There is one brother, Joseph Britt of Wagragobilly, deceased. The funeral took place on Friday, the remains being interred in the C. of E. portion of the Tumut new Cemetery. Rev. S. Broadfoot officiated at the graveside and Mr. C. W. Burt carried out the mortuary arrangements.
