Personal Notes:

Daniel McNamara came from Mullagh Co Clare Ireland to Geelong in 1857. He was a pioneer of the dairying industry in Albury. He took up Portion 103 Parish of Yarragundry about 1875, calling it "Clare Valley Farm". He fathered 16 children. From his obituary in 1905 - "He was a quiet man who had a ready wit and unbounded hospitality."
