Died from a premature explosion of dynamite in Milne Bay, P.N.G. Resided in the China Straits near Samarai. Info. from the Papua New Guinea Gov. Gazzette also says Frederick was a resident of P.N.G. for 50 years.
Born at 7 a.m. Birth certificate shows his father's occupation as Publican, age 37 yrs. residing at Woodville. Birth was registered at MARLBOROUGH, Jan 1867. Birth cert. also shows date of parents marriage as 24 Jul 1860, however, wedding cert. has 26th not 24th & Florence's birth cert. shows "26" Jul 1860. |
