Personal Notes:

The death occurred on Tuesday morning, of Mr. John Adams, aged 84 years, of "Falmer", Fitzroy street, Tumut. On Monday deceased retired at the usual hour, apparently in the best of health. He arose early on Tuesday and whilst dressing, collapsed. Mrs. Adams and his grandchild succeeded in lifting him on to the bed, and discovered that he had breathed his last. He leaves a widow, one daughter (Mrs. W. McLennen, of Batlow), and four sons, John William (Annandale), Daniel Charles (Wollahra), Walter (Nyngan) and Cecil (Tumut).
