| - Notes: WEDDING. DE SALIS-RAINE. The mariage was celebrated last Wednesday night, at St. Mark's Church, Darling Point, of Miss Mar garet Raine, fourth daughter of Mr. and Mrs. T. R. Raine, of New South Head-road, Double Bay, to Mr. George Fane De Salis, second son of Mr. and Mrs. G. Fane De Salis, of Soglio, Michelago, Rev. Canon Langley offici ated. The bride, who was given away by her father, wore a frock of ivory brocaded leonaise, made in tube fashion. Her tulle veil was held in place with small clusters of orange blossom at each side. She carried a shower bouquet of white and tinted orchids and hothouse foliage tied with streamers of tulle. The brides maids were Miss Edith Raine and Miss Daisy . Fairlie Cunninghame, who wore frocks of apricot georgette with pleated panels at the back. They wore blue tulle hats, and carried shower bouquets of 'shaded pink and blue delphiniums, hydrangeas, and roses tied with blue tulle. Mr. Kenneth Scott was best man, and Mr. Tom Raine was groomsman. The reception was held at the Queen's Club, where the bride's mother received the guests. |
