Many Queenslanders will remember Elizabeth Rosalie Oakden Pockley, daughter of the late Mr. Harry Richardson Pockley and Mrs. Pockley, of this State, whose marriage to Mr. George Humphrey Mlddleton, British Vice-Counsul at Buenos Ayres (where the marriage was solemnised), and son of Mr. and Mrs. G. C. Middleton, of Paris, was celebrated hi the latter part of last year. Mr. and Mrs. Middleton spent their honeymoon at Cruz Chica hi the Cordoba Hills, where they played golf and made excursions in picturesque and beautiful surroundings at an elevation of over 4,000 ft. After their return to Buenos Ayres Mr. Middleton was transferred to Paraguay, where for the next two or three years their home will be about 1,000 miles up the river Paraguay from Asuncion.
