Personal Notes:

Robert was a Major in the KingsHussars Ireland and was sent to Australia in charge of convicts. He was overseer on Musheen, Muswellbrook for William Buchanan, then Superintendant for Sir Charles Cowper at Chatsbury, Goulburn. After returning from Ireland in 1845, Robert was granted the licence of Crispon Arms in Clarence St, Sydney on 27 Jul 1845. He moved to Geralgambeth, Harefield. Patterson Rd runs of Oura Rd back to Harefield. Robert and Fanny are both buried on Geralgambeth
