| Edmund Bruce was born at Friezland or, as it is now called, Kuridalla. Eddie attended Townsville Grammar School then went on to Gatton Agricultural College. With his brothers Harold and Alf, Eddie cane farmed at Ayr, eventually taking over the farm. |
