Note in Cloncurry & District Historical Society - 1991 No 9 page 7. "Lex and Greta Hanson (nee Johnson) and her brothet Edmund visted by train. They spent the day visiting and reminiscing escorted by Shirley Powley and Rose Wiliams.
The Johnson family owned the Cosomopolitan Hotel that was destroyed by fire in 1926. It was Greta's first visit since 1926 and 2 or 3 years longer for her brother. |
