OBITUARY MRS. E. J. GRAHAM
The death occurred in a private hospital in Wagga on Friday morning of a well-known resident of Wagga. Mrs. Emma Jane Graham, of 345 Edward-street, Wagga, after a short illness at the age of 59 years. De- ceased was the widow of the late Mr William Graham, who predeceased her about seven years ago. Deceased was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Clear, of Wagga, and had lived in Wagga and district all her life.

She is survived by two daughters. Mrs. C. T. Mallon, of Lindsay-street, Wagga, and Miss Emma J. Graham, of Edward-street. Wagga, and five brothers. Messrs. William, James, Frank and Percy Clear, of Wagga, and Bert Clear, of Melbourne; also two sisters, Mrs. Bert Graham, of Urana-street, Wagga, and Mrs. S. Rynehart, of Murray-street. Wagga.

Her funeral took place in Wagga yesterday afternoon and was largely attended by relatives and friends from all parts of the district. The cortege moved from St. Michael's Cathedral, Wagga, after prayers were read by the Rev. Father Duck. Interment took place ln the family portion of the Catholic cemetery, the Rev. Father Duck officiating at the graveside. The casket was carried to the grave by Messrs. Cyril Mallon (son-in-law), Frank Clear, Samuel Rynehart (nephews) and B. Wisebach (nephew). The pall-bearers were Messrs. A. J. Graham (brother-in-law). Jack Graham, Robert Graham, W. Clear (brother). Michael Clear (nephew), Percy Clear and James Clear (nephews). The floral tray, laden with many beautiful wreaths, was carried by Messrs. Dudley Graham, Arthur Graham, Leslie and Jack Clear (nephews). The chief mourners at the graveside were Mrs. C. T. Mallon and Miss Emma Graham (daughters), Mr. C. T. Mallon (son-in-law). Mrs. B. Graham. Mrs. S. Rynehart (sisters), Mrs. J. Clear, Mrs. P. Clear, Mrs. F. Clear snr., Mrs. J. Graham, Mrs. J. Burt (nephews and nieces). Also present were Mr. James Harmon, representing Hardys' Brick Co.; Mr. J. O'Brien, representing Hardys Ltd.; Messrs. Os. Smith and Ben Heaslip, representing the Westdale Tennis Club.

One brother, Mr. J. Clear, and one sister, Mrs. G. Sutherland, predeceased her. The funeral arrangements were conducted by Mr. J. C. M'Donald, of Wagga.
