Note 5: Burial info Ballarat Star 31 July 1889 Mrs Elizabeth Lawson, of Ballarat East, died yesterday morning after a lingering ill ness. Deceased, who was aged 58, in years gone by took a prominent part in local musical and histrionic affairs, as did also her husband, Mr Edward Lawson. Mrs Lawson, who suffered from heart disease and rheumatism, leaves a grown up family of six sons and five daughters.
