MRS. ELLEN KING The death occurred suddenly on Sunday morning at 6.30 of Mrs. Ellen Isabella King, wife of Mr.Chas (Joe) King, of Railway End, Tumut, at the age of 68 years, heart failure being the cause of her demise. Deceased had been suffering for some time from heart failure and took a bad turn on Saturday night, passing away on Sunday morning.Deceased was a member of the well known McGrath family, of Tumut. She was twice married, her first husband being Mr. McMahon, of Tumut. Three sons (Jim McMahon, and Fred and Arthur King, of Tumut, survive. The funeral took place yesterday, the remains being interred in the Catholic portion of the Old Cemetery, VeryRev. Dean Sharkey officiating at the graveside and Mr. H. W. Baker carrying out the mortuary arrangements.
