This is what I have received from the Charters Towers archives group.
Dear Marissa,
Below is a chronology of events relating to the Webbs of Charters Towers. As
we only have street directories for 1901,1902 and 1911 we are unable to
confirm Webb's presence in the Stock Exchange Arcade beyond these years.
Please note that he we did find him close by in Gill Street in 1901-02.

1890 John Henry Webb marries Mary Catherine Tesise in Queensland (C2119)

1891 Doris Diana Webb born. (C6725)
1894 John Norman Webb born. (C6468)
1895 John Henry Webb (32) registered Charters Towers 16th Sept. Residence Area 995 (fronting Oxford Street) in his name from 1/8/1895.

1900 PO Directory shows John Henry residing in Stubley Street (near Bellevue Street). His occupation is listed as Watchmaker.

1919 Electoral Rolls show John Henry and Mary Catherine have moved to 34 Westbury Street and have John Norman Living with them.
John Henry is still a Watchmaker and his son is a Surveyor.
1924 Electoral Rolls show the family still living at 34 Westbury Street with Sedwell Joan also on the roll as living there.
John Henry is still listed as a Watchmaker.
1931/1936 Electoral Rolls show John Henry, Mary Catherine and John Norman still residing at 34 Westbury Street, Balaclava, St. Kilda.
1937 Electoral Rolls show John Henry has retired. He, Mary Catherine and John Norman move to Avondale gr. at Belgrave.
1940 John Henry Webb (77) died at Belgrave (20986). His parents were listed as John Webb and Elizabeth Hancock.
1942 Electoral Rolls show Mary Catherine and John Norman still residing at Avondale gr., Belgrave.
1943 Mary Catherin Webb (77) died at Glen Iris, Victoria (6139). Her parents were listed as Richard Tresise and Diana Pollard.
