HAMILTON— McKINNON
The wedding of Cr. Robert Hamilton, J.P., of 'Rosevale,' Illabo and Miss Mary McKinnon, of Harefield, was celebrated at 3 o'clock on Saturday at St. Stephen's Church, Phillip street, Sydney. The bride was charmingly attired in a vols de rose colored frock, with hat to match, and was given away by her brother, Mr. Donald McKinnon. Miss McKinnon (daughter of Mr. Chas. McKinnon) was bridesmaid and Mr. Chas. McKinnon (Union Bank, Sydney) was best man. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. J. S. Rapkins, formerly of Junee, and a very old friend of the contracting parties. There was quite a gathering of Junee and ex-Junee folk at the wedding, and they included Mr. and Mrs. Donald McKInnon, Mr. and Mrs. J. S. Taylor, Mr. and Mrs. John Symington, Mr. and Mrs. J. Nichols, Misses Annie, Maud, and May McKinnon, Mr. Helm, P.M., and Mrs. Helm, Miss Flora McKinnon Mrs. W. Houston, Mrs. George Edwards (wife of the Rev, G. Edwards), Misses McKinnon (Mr. C. McKinnon's daughters), Misses Clemson, Miss Driver, Mrs. P. J. Hogan (nee Miss Mary Quitter), and, of course, a large number of other friends. Breakfast was partaken of at the Metropole, the Rev. J. S. Rapkins presiding. The usual toasts were honoured. During the breakfast quite thirty congratulatory telegrams were received and read. Cootamundra Herald, N.S.W.
