MR. RICHARD CURRAN
After a very short illness the death occurred at a private hospital in Mackay last Sunday of Richard Curran, well known and highly respected cane farmer and grazier of Trueman Siding, near Finch Hatton.
Born in Lanarkshire, Scotland, 67 years ago, the late Mr. Curran came to Australia with his parents, brother and sister, at the age of three. The family settled in the Mackay district.
