The reception was held at the home of Mrs. Pollard McLeod-street. The beautiful two-tier wedding cake held pride of place at the table, and was the work of Mrs. Pollard, who also carried out the table decorations. The usual toasts were honoured, also musical items, and after viewing the lovely presents the happy couple left amidst a shower of congratulations for their honeymoon, which was spent at Kuranda. - . |
